Not at all! I ask about your cooking comfort level and design recipes accordingly. Most meals require 5 ingredients or less and take 15-20 minutes to prepare.

Our plans often cost less than weekly takeout. We offer payment options, but start with a free consult first—no bill!

I work with many clients who have health conditions and always recommend checking with your doctor before making significant dietary changes. The meal plans can be modified to support various health conditions.

Most clients feel more energy and better sleep in 1-2 weeks. Body changes? Those typically become noticeable in 4-6 weeks. We celebrate ALL wins!

You'll have all the knowledge and skills to continue eating well independently. Many clients choose to continue with maintenance check-ins (monthly instead of weekly), but it's not required.

You’ll get consistent check-ins and support to tweak your plan. Plateaus happen, but we’ll break through them together.
